WHAT WE OFFER

Project Management

We have considerable experience in managing the process from inception to trading with a wide variety of clients, utilising various procurement routes tailored to the client’s needs and the project itself.  Size of projects range from £100k to £20m and vary hugely in their complexity.  We are often asked to work to fast-tracked programmes with our retail work and have the knowledge to deliver these successfully.

Cost Consultancy

At the heart of our service is our knowledge as a Chartered Quantity Surveying practice, and the experience that goes with that.  We have experience from working in numerous sectors and can therefore offer our clients considered advice at each stage to protect them commercially.

Procurement Strategists

We have become actively involved in the procurement of furniture for long-term roll out programmes with a number of retail clients in the last few years.  This has included having a key role in the inception, feasibility and design process, through to the actual delivery on site, including checking of samples for workability.  This involves the understanding of lead-in times and the importance of hitting order dates on the programmes critical path.  We have also travelled to the Far East in recent years to have a hands-on involvement in the procurement of goods and materials.

Turnkey Solution

With our extensive experience with international retail clients, we now offer a full turnkey solution to delivering retail fit out stores, utilising the strong relationships we have with our supply chain throughout the UK and Europe.  We essentially create the project team incorporating all disciplines and contractors, and manage these from inception of the scheme, through to the store operating and trading.   This gives the client a single point of contact to liaise with, and has proved particularly successful where clients are not geographically close to the project in question.

PROJECTS:

We have worked continuously with clients across a variety of sectors from retail to commercial and residential projects of differing scales from roll out programmes for JD Sports Fashion plc, Asics, Belstaff and Tre Ciccio Restaurants to producing key one-off flagship schemes for prestigious clients such as Carhartt WIP, Baccarat and Puma. Below is a selection of projects for some of those clients.
