Onitsuka Tiger Regent Street flagship opens

Our first handover since the easing of the lockdown and a valuable learning process for us in terms of the new site measures necessary to comply with COVID-19 safety guidelines, this is the third flagship on Regent Street that we have completed in 3 years.

The works involved the separation of the original Onitsuka Tiger space into a new, high-end dedicated store in one of the most prominent retail units on the street, only yards from Oxford Circus station.

Smart Jones were Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors on the scheme, working alongside AD Baker, City Group, Skratch AV, Milk Architecture & Design, Assent Building Control amongst many others on this challenging but equally rewarding scheme. Belstaff Regent Street Flagship

Coinciding with the 200 year anniversary of Regent Street, Smart Jones were recently involved in the highly-acclaimed flagship store for Belstaff, which handed over last month. The store features a number of community-based areas and flexibility in the customer space making it a dynamic retail experience. Come and visit the store when you are next nearby!

Baccarat Harrods opens

We were in London yesterday seeing the new Baccarat Unit on the newly refurbished 3rd floor furniture department in Harrods. The unit looked great and it was a pleasure to see the unit as the first store open in the new furniture department. Smart Jones worked together with Privartys and Tomei on this prestigious scheme

HIP Store Nottingham hands over

We handed over our second store for HIP Store this morning in Nottingham in what has been an exceptionally busy time for us. A few more new schemes confirmed and a couple of new clients as well now on board in the last fortnight so January 2020 looks set to be just as busy!

Belstaff Gunwharf Quays Hands over
